I wanted to thank you warmly for your kindness and the responsiveness you demonstrated in addressing my compressor problem.

After replacing the parts, including the diaphragm kit, it still refused to start due to the microswitch. Thanks to your quick response to my phone call and the video you sent me, I was able to identify the issue.

I am delighted to inform you that the compressor is now working perfectly and has been reinstalled.

Hello, I am writing to express my positive feelings towards Aquasoluces SARL and, more specifically, towards Mr. Agnes Ludovic, who handled my request to replace my Klaro automatic water heater. The Klaro had been supplied by Bonna Sabla, who are no longer able to provide repair services. After gathering the necessary information, Mr. Agnes was able to find me a Graph brand automatic water heater programmed exactly like the Klaro. Thank you to him, and best of luck.

Mr. Agnes was very responsive following a breakdown of our micro-wastewater treatment plant. He was able to guide us remotely through the diagnosis, order, and have the replacement controller pre-programmed. In the end, everything was resolved in less than four days.

I should point out that Aquasoluce wasn't the installer of our micro-wastewater treatment plant, yet they were perfectly familiar with our model.
I recommend them 100%.

At the end of March 2024, I purchased an electric extractor fan to be mounted on the secondary air extraction column of my pit, not because of an odor "problem" but to optimize the ventilation of my pit (the secondary ventilation duct was a bit long). I installed it in April, in accordance with the enclosed instructions (installation followed to the letter and identical to the photos). A year and a half later, the product broke down (systematically tripped the power).

I called to request after-sales service. I explained the problem, and the person interrupted me and asked if I had installed it for supply or extraction. I said extraction (it's an extractor, it says "extractor" everywhere, and both assemblies are possible according to the instructions), and the person on the phone immediately cut me off again to say "Ah yes, but that's normal, we don't recommend extraction assembly, it always breaks after 1 year / 1 year and a half, we won't take it under warranty"!! Faced with my astonishment, he retorted that I only had to read the instructions available on the page (yes, well hidden at the bottom, while nothing in the description specifies this serious problem), and even in the instructions, it is clearly noted that both assemblies are possible, it is just specified for insufflation that it is recommended, and for extraction that it works well, just that there is more risk of corrosion. And that's it! Nowhere is it mentioned that extraction assembly voids the warranty or that it only works for 1 to 1.5 years! For a fan that should cost less than €15 to produce, but sells for nearly €80 excluding shipping, this is making a mockery of people.

And the customer service is deplorable: the person on the phone is aggressive when you express surprise at the lack of support, and nothing indicates this on the website, where the information is fragmentary or very diluted; but be aware that this product only has a lifespan of 12 to 18 months in extractor mode, and that there is *no warranty* on this type of installation, and nothing indicates it (but it's up to you to guess!).
In that case, look for resellers who will sell similar Chinese products for four times less!

Ordered spare parts for mini-station compressor (broken membranes). After a restart problem, thanks to Ludo for his explanations over the phone. Everything works well. N'ayant aucune réponse de l'entreprise qui a posé notre Micro station en Haute Vienne suite a une panne connue de la marque Sebico, j'ai trouvé sur internet des vidéos de Aquasoluce qui expliquent cette panne. Je me suis permis de leur demander un conseil au téléphone un soir à 17h30 alors qu'ils fermaient et le professionnel qui m'a répondu a compris ma situation et a pris le temps de me répondre .
Même si je ne suis pas client je souhaite les remercier pour leur professionnalisme. Merci encore
